Service Description

I originally designed this class during lockdown as a Zoom class for my massage clients with injuries or impediments that needed help but couldn't get to me for much needed treatments. It made such a difference to the mobility and good health of my clients in difficult times; I hope it can help you to feel good and build strength, flexibility and a sense of inner calm.
